Meet the Team

PD Mundhra


PD Mundhra is eClerx’s co-founder and Executive Director. He has nearly two decades of experience exemplifying eClerx’s values of delivering superior process management, and analytics services to global corporations. Previous to founding the firm, PD worked in a multitude of roles in the banking and manufacturing sectors. PD holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St.Xavier’s College in Kolkata, India.

Anjan Malik


Anjan Malik is eClerx’s co-founder and Executive Director. Anjan has in-depth experience across investment banking, capital markets, consulting and technology solutions. Prior to founding eClerx, Anjan headed Lehman Brothers’ Holdings Inc.’s credit trading department in London. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a first-class Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physics from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London.

Scott Houchin

Managing Principal

Scott Houchin heads eClerx Digital, ensuring that clients maximize their ROI from sales, marketing, and digital activities. Prior to eClerx, Scott held leadership roles at Yahoo, Dell, and Gateway Inc. and was instrumental in driving paid search, affiliate and e-mail marketing performance for leading clients. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and English from the University of South Dakota.

Tom McElroy

Principal, Americas

Tom McElroy joined eClerx Digital as Principal, Head of Americas, in November 2016. Tom is responsible for the growth & profitability of the Americas-wide Digital business encompassing creative services & CGI, marketing campaign management, website testing & optimization, digital analytics & insights, data management and advanced analytics. Tom is also responsible for the global product organization, developing new service offerings and assisting customers with complex, custom-tailored solutions. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BS in Finance from Miami University of Ohio. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife Melissa and their 2 children. His interests include exploring fine wine, playing guitar and auto racing.

John Stephens

Principal, Global Accounts

John Stephens leads eClerx’s strategic accounts for its clients’ digital marketing organizations. His responsibilities include client engagement, business development and practice development with a focus on omnichannel commerce, analytics and data management.
He has expertise in business and technology enablement across sales, brand and product management, pricing, analytics, online and service and post-purchase support. John’s key roles included Director of Master Data Management, Director of Online Service and Support, and Director of Marketing and Strategy. John holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

Hoshi Mistry

Principal, Global Operations

Hoshi manages business operations and process re-engineering for eClerx’s enterprise e-commerce services. He also designed and implemented eClerx’s knowledge management and training programs. Throughout his career, Hoshi has distinguished himself by managing complex data-driven processes for digital companies. Previously, he worked with Emageware Technologies Private Limited, where he was involved in systems design and algorithm development. Hoshi received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology and a Master’s of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Stefano Ferrari

Head of Creative Services Delivery, Associate Principal, Global Accounts

Stefano Ferrari is the Head of Creative Services Delivery for CLX Europe, an eClerx Company. He ensures the business meets the company’s mission to deliver quality content to scale, while optimizing resource allocation, approving equipment needs and reviewing best practices to drive higher margins. He maintains strategic customer relationships with prominent clients in the German market, including Peter Hahn, Otto, CondeNast and Bogner. Stefano Ferrari joined CLX Europe in 1975 and held the roles of image retoucher, customer relationship manager and group operations director. Under his leadership, the operations staff increased from 70 to 130 units, an achievement that resulted in his becoming a shareholder in 2001. Since 2005, he has headed the creation and development of a production site in Phuket, Thailand.

David Nelson

Head of Digital Analytics and Insights

David Nelson leads the Analytics, Insights and Reporting practice at eClerx. He is dedicated to helping companies use data, analytics and innovative digital marketing tools to enhance customer experience and optimize the performance of websites. David builds teams and develops processes to help marketing organizations maximize the potential of their analytical tools. Upon joining eClerx in 2011, David has brought a wealth of experience gained from his prior roles at Intel and Dell Inc., where he managed corporate development, marketing operations, web analytics and global online testing. David holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin – The Red McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Indiana University Bloomington.

Arvind Thinagarajan

Head of Advanced Analytics and Insights

Arvind is a problem-solver who builds predictive models, in that order. He is passionate about helping organizations create and implement data-driven strategies to fast-track their business objectives. Leveraging his 10 years of experience in strategy consulting and advanced analytics, Arvind defines analytics roadmaps and designs minimalistic solutions to solve complex and sometimes, ambiguous business problems.
He is a proud holder of a national award from INAE (Indian National Academy of Engineering) for his work on a word prediction engine that he built using concepts in natural language processing to make texting easier for individuals who are physically challenged. Arvind earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University and his Master of International Business from Hult Business School.

Mirko Scolari

Head of Brands and Retail, EMEA

Mirko Scolari is the Head of Brands and Retail, EMEA at CLX Europe, an eClerx Company that provides digital and creative services to leading retailers, global luxury brands and publications. With over 25 years’ experience in the digital and creative industries, Mirko has led some of the largest digital transformation engagements for major retailers in Europe. He has deep expertise in the high-quality content creation, marketing and content strategy, creative production management and delivery process blueprinting for luxury and retail brands. Mirko was instrumental in co-designing the company’s digital asset management platform (FLUiiD4) and the creation of the UK team.

Nikesh Prasad

Head of Client Services, APAC

Nikesh Prasad leads the APAC digital business unit at eClerx. He is responsible for the overall account growth strategy, revenue assurance, cost management and overall profitability of the APAC digital business. Nikesh oversees the management of key accounts, partners with clients to formulate digital strategies and provides leadership to onsite delivery teams. Nikesh has over 15 years’ experience in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies for large organizations and leading operational teams to create innovative business solutions. A worldly explorer, he travels extensively on consulting projects and has successfully executed complex projects by partnering with global stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment. Nikesh holds a Post Graduate Business Management degree from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
